Blogger issues kept losing my posts, so
I'll post a pic of my new workout program.
Eat all the pizza, burgers, and ice cream you want, just be sure to lug 70 lbs worth of kids around for 4 of 5 days on the uphills at Holiday World...
Results, no weight gain, and increased endurance...LOL... and don't forget to practice you flexibility by squeezing into a 60+ year old miniature train car with your kids...

Hey if you want an offsite meal, the buffet at the pizza place in the shopping center across from lake rudolph is only $6.99 for adults and was pretty good thin crust pizza, plus fried chicken and sides are on the buffet, and salad bar.
We ate dinner there during a rain storm, from now on I think we'll end even our day trips their.
Sounds like yesterday's workout for me at Cedar Point (minus the kids):
Diet -- Eat food I had given up for months,
Cardio -- interval training -- short sprints to the next ride, leisurely strolls with spouse, relatively short waits in line -- total distance about 300 miles
resistance training -- stiffening my body to not be pummeled on the rides and keep my head from being slammed from side to side
Net result: Tired and sore just like a good workout, no weight gain, had a great time
:)
