Went for a three miler yesterday along Canal Street and along the Mississippi shore here in New Orleans and got to add it to my list of places I've logged a run.
Not enough time to log more now but will post more later.
You RAN in New Orleans?? I'm jealous, man. I wanted to run the Orleans Marathon back in '04 but didn't have the time to do it. Flat land, but humid weather.
Listening to my podcasts while running? Dude, I feel constrained to warn you that you are flirting with narcolepsy if you choose to continue on this course and that you might fall asleep while running and hit a car.
Traveling as a Christian is a tough thing. I pray for you, my friend. Thanks for your prayers for my family.

I listened to a little bit today, I stayed awake for the 2 to 3 minutes I listened, so I'm willing to take my chance.
